On a humid but breezy evening our under 11 whites welcomed the Arklow Town White team to St Pats BNS last night.

Arklow started the brighter and maintained early momentum with the assistance of the strong breeze but the Rovers defence assisted by an excellent goalkeeping display stood firm and refused to be breached.

After the half time turnaround we witnessed a completely different game as the Rovers midfield and forwards took the game to Arklow and proved to be clinical when the chances arose from the constant pressure.

This was the latest of some excellent battles between these two teams this season.

Well done both Whites on an excellent game.
