The under 8 Whites got off to a flyer in their first League game of the season away to Roundwood. In wet conditions, that only deteriorated through both games, every player was strong in the challenge, quick on their feet and showed great resilience.

Some neat finishes from our goal-scorers were matched by the super saves from our goalkeepers and the tidy passing and solid defending from everyone. All players performed excellently and have quickly taken on board what we've been working on over the past few weeks. As important as their quick development, is how they work as a team to support each other and managers Fergus and Chris were proud to see the players picking each other up, encouraging each other throughout and having great fun along the way.
