The 12B's went down 5-0 to Avonmore at Whitegates this evening in the shield with an uncharacteristic poor display.

After a bright start when they made the early running they fell behind and then conceded again just before half time.

Avonmore stayed on top throughout and scored three more good goals and fully deserved their three points.

Rovers will hope to bounce back in league action at the weekend.
