The U9 Blue Team faced a tough trip to the Back Alley in Carnew, but what followed was a superb display from the young Rovers side.

Despite suffering a few early setbacks, the team never let their heads drop. Instead, they showed great heart, determination and attitude, digging deep and responding in the best possible way. There was some excellent football played throughout the match, with Rovers working hard for one another and producing some super goals along the way.

It was a great, competitive game from start to finish, and every player played their part. The effort, commitment and willingness to keep going, even when things didn’t go their way early on, was fantastic to see.

A superb team performance from the U9 Blues and plenty for the players to be proud of. Well done, Rovers!
