What a final! Wicklow Rovers Senior A team have done it! They've defeated St. Peter's in a thrilling Jim McLaughlin Cup Final today!

The game was a nail-biter, finishing 1-1 at full-time, with Davey O'Sullivan getting our first goal. It went to extra time, where J.T. Hayden scored our second, making it 2-2, and then to a dramatic penalty shootout!

Our hero in goal, James Kavanagh, was absolutely immense, saving two penalties in the shootout! Peter Finnegan, Rikki Quinn, and Ben Algera all converted their spot-kicks to secure the victory!
A massive congratulations to the whole team on this incredible win! And a special shout-out to Mick Delaney, who was deservedly named Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.

Another trophy for the cabinet! Well done, lads!
