Our U9 Whites team faced a tough test this morning against a strong Arklow Town side. Despite a slow start, the team rallied in the second half to put on a fantastic display of determination and skill.

The first half saw Arklow Town control much of the possession and create several scoring opportunities. However, our young Rovers dug deep and showed great resilience to keep the scoreline respectable.

The second half was a different story. Wicklow Rovers came out with renewed energy and purpose, playing some excellent football. JK and Daniel Collins each scored beautiful goals, showcasing their talent and composure in front of goal.

Despite the challenging weather conditions, both teams contributed to a highly entertaining match. A big well done to all the players for their effort and sportsmanship.
