Our U10 Blue team travelled to face Newcastle yesterday and emerged victorious after a fantastic team performance. The away trip provided a stern test of the team's skills and determination, but they passed with flying colours. 

In the first half, the Rovers were dominant, showcasing excellent teamwork in both attack and defense. Their cohesive play led to some wonderful goals and impressive passages of play.

Newcastle responded strongly in the second half, showing greater intent and passion. They were rewarded with some well-taken goals, making for a thrilling and dramatic finish that delighted the travelling supporters.

Despite the late surge from Newcastle, the U10 Blue team held on for a deserved victory, leaving Greystones with a sense of pride in their performance.

Many thanks to Newcastle for a great game played in a fantastic spirit. It was a credit to both clubs.
