Our under 8 whites played some barnstorming footie in the blazing heat this Saturday morning at home to Arklow Town. In our last game before the summer break, players put everything they've learned this season into practice on the pitch and were a credit to themselves and the club against a top Town team. Working on positions, players swapped roles throughout to get a feel for the football to come after the summer break and it was great to see them flourish with each play across all games. A ball or two may have been lost, but that was worth it with the 'top bins' screamers to the delight of both sets of parents. Well done to all and enjoy the summer break.
