Well the big game is creeping closer. Our senior men’s A team take on the mighty St Peters FC in the Wicklow Cup final on Sunday. It takes place at the Carlisle Grounds home of Bray Wanderers. St Peters have been the kingpins of Wicklow League Football in recent times, sweeping all before them and as holders they will be hoping to retain the trophy. It will be a tough assignment for the lads, but the lads have shown they can mix it with the best, especially in the second half of the season. The team are looking to bring the cup back to Whitegates and are hoping for a big support from everyone to get them over the line.
