Our under 12B's good form continued this morning with a solid 2-0 win away to St Anthonys. Conditions were very humid in Finn Park and it took both sides a while to get going. The game was nip and tuck but finished scoreless at half time. With the wind at our backs in the second half Rovers really took the game to Anthonys and scored two lovely goals. Dara Butler got the breakthrough with a sweet left foot finish from the edge of the box.  Oscar Kikta made the game safe in the closing minutes with a clinical finish from a very tight angle after great work down the left by Charlie Shine and JD Delahunt. This was another great team performance, the Rovers was solid and our midfield controlled the game in the second half. Special mention for Bogdan Kashcheiev who won tackles all over the pitch today and also to our centre half pairing of Mark McCoy and Larry Donnelly. Thanks to St Anthonys for a great game that was played in the best of spirits.
