Our under 12B's secured their first win of the season this morning with an emphatic victory over Newtown Juniors in Newtown. They flew into an early lead with two quick goals from JD Delahunt and Dara Butler and that set the scene for the rest of the game. Further goals from Charlie Shine, Oscar Kikata and Bogdan Kashcheiev saw the guys come in at the break in total control. They went from strength to strength in the second half with JD and Dara both completing hat-tricks and Nathan Harris also getting on the score sheet! This was a great team performance, from goalkeeper right through to the forwards. All 14 squad members played their part and this was a well deserved and long awaited victory. All credit to Newtown who battled hard throughout and were unlucky on a couple of occasions not to get a consolation goal or two.
