The 13B's travelled to the Back Alley this morning to take on Carnew. After losing a seven goal thriller 4-3 to the same opposition last week, to lock horns again so quickly was a bit surprising. Anyway, the team went in search of a positive result, which was always going to be a tough proposition away to Carnew. It proved to be another humdinger of a game with nothing between the sides. This time round, they shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw. Casey Brennan fired home both Rovers goals in what was an excellent team performance and a fantastic result. Well done, Rovers, and a big thanks to Carnew for another competitive game.
