The Under 10 Green team kicked off the season this morning on the Hockey Pitch against local rivals Wicklow Town. The teams and spectators were lucky to have some of the best weather of the week and it allowed for some great football. Right from the whistle, both sides exhibited great energy and enthusiasm, making it a highly competitive match. Each side demonstrated excellent teamwork, passing as well as resilience and determination in defence. All the kids showed great passion and sportsmanship throughout. Well done to all the players on each team. Thanks to Wicklow Town for a great game.
