The under 11 Blues made the trip to Arklow Credit Union Park to take on a very strong Arklow United side in the Jimmy Hackett Cup. The home side ran out comfortable winners but the spirit of this little Rovers side never wained. They gave it everything and will have better days ahead. They did get a consolation goal when good work from Cayden O'Malley down the left saw Alex Philippon get on the end of the cross to finish to the net.
